Chayote, white onion and raisins stewed in white wine and garnished with pumpkin seeds or pine nuts.

Ingredients

2 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 clove garlic
½ white onion
small serrano chili
½ cup of raisins
2 chayote, diced into 1-inch cubes
¾ cup of white wine
¼ cup pine nuts (can substitute raw green pumpkin seeds)
Salt and pepper to taste
