50 grams sun-dried tomatoes finely minced, (or 100 grams Portobello mushrooms)
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon parsley chopped into small pieces

Crêpes

70 grams flour
pinch salt
2 eggs size L
180 ml whole milk
30 grams butter unsalted

Beef Wellington preparation

4 pieces Beef Tenderloin
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oil
180 grams paté preferably chicken liver
10 sheets puff pastry thawed
1 egg ligthly beaten
1 teaspoon butter unsalted, room temperature
