Mutton – 500gms
Small onions – 10 to 15 nos (finely chopped)
Tomatoes – 2 nos(finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 3 tbsp
Kuzhambhu chili powder – 2tbsp
Coriander leaves – few
Salt – as needed
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
To wash mutton:
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
To grind:
Coconut – ½ cup
Saunf(Sombu) – 1 tsp
To season:
Oil – 5 tbsp
Bay leaf - 1 no
Cloves – 2nos
Cardamom – 2 nos
Cinnamon – ½ inch stick
Curry leaves – few
