Curd or fresh cream (4 to 5 teaspoons)

Chili powder (3 teaspoon)
Salt (as per taste)
Turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Coriander powder (2 teaspoons)
Cumin powder (1 teaspoon)
Water (as required)
Garlic (3 to 4 cloves)
Ginger (1 inch piece)
Asafoetida (1/4 teaspoon)
Garam masala (1 teaspoon)
Bay leaf / tamal patra (1 piece)
Cashew nuts (7 to 8 pieces )
Green cardamom (3 to 4 pieces)
Dried Fenugreek Leaves/ Kasoori Methi (1 teaspoon)
