3/4 Cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Milk kept at room temperature
2 Eggs kept at room temperature
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (You can substitute with any vegetable oil)
2 Teaspoons Vanilla essence
1/2 Cup Hot water
For Frosting:
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Powder sugar
1/4 Cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
