A simple recipe to make a warm salad, rich in flavors and aromas of the Greek nature. Ideal as appetizer for raki, but also as an accompaniment to grilled fish.

4 red onions (cut into 4)
4k.s extra virgin olive oil
300g fresh or frozen peas
80g caper leaves
150g artichoke with leeks (cut into 4)
2 onions, fresh (psilokommeno the green part)
flower of salt
grated black pepper
3k.s. parsley
3k.s. thyme
3k.s. mustard seeds
2k.g. pulped garlic
1 lemon (juice)
100g extra virgin olive oil
2k.s. vinegar
Large deep platter
