A very special dish that combines the full flavor of the liver with the sweetness of plum.

Ingredients

grated black pepper
30 dried plums pitted
500g chopped giblets birds (for the filling)
50g glutinous rice
50ml brandy
50ml liqueurs helmet
50g pine nuts
100g extra virgin olive oil
1 onion, cut into rings
1 cinnamon wood throughout
salt blossom
