Step 1: Wash the tomatoes and empty the pith in a basin.
Step 2: In a frying pan with olive oil saute onion, rice, the tomato crumbs, salt, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Then take the tone with the remaining spices and let cook for 5 minutes more.
Step 4: Put a basil leaf on the bottom of each tomato license and recharge.
Step 5: Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200C for 40-45 '.


8 medium tomatoes
8 basil leaves
15g chopped parsley
15g chopped coriander
½ onion, finely chopped
150g glutinous rice
100g tuna in water
100ml extra virgin olive oil
grated black pepper
