A very simple, homemade classic cheesecake on a graham cracker crust with a creamy raspberry sauce on top. We love bringing this cheesecake over to dinner parties or to make for a family get together.

Classic Cheesecake
16 ounces cream cheese softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
.5 teaspoon lemon juice
Creamy Raspberry Sauce
.5 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
.5 cup raspberry pie filling
red food coloring (optional)
Graham Cracker Crust
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup graham crackers
6 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
