1. 4-5 dried fruits of Garcinia (You may increase / decrease as per the serving)
2. A seed of garlic
3. 1.5 cup of plain water
4. Less than a cup of milk or around 200 ml
5. 1 green chili (as per your taste)
6. I tablespoon of oil
7. Less than half tsp of Mustard seeds
8. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
9. Some crushed red chilies as per your taste
