Scallops and tomatoes cooked with some angel hair pasta with a light, lemony vermouth sauce.

½ lb. angel hair pasta
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 shallot, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz. medium scallops (about 20)
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 tablespoon minced thyme
1/2 cup vermouth
2 lemons (1 zested and juiced, and 1 sliced into thin rounds)
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped oregano
4-5 (8 oz.) campari tomatoes, halved or quartered
