2 teaspoons coconut sugar (or sugar or honey)
1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
¾ cup pureed roasted, peeled beets (~2)
TOPPINGS:
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced thin
½ lb. asparagus
1 roasted beet, sliced
2 corn cobs
Salt & pepper
Olive Oil
