Sweet and savoury Moroccan Chicken pie

Ingredients

500g boneless chicken
1 medium onions
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp saffron
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 large egg
1/2 cup almonds roasted
2 tbsp icing sugar
salt to taste
1/2 cup melted butter
10 spring roll wraps
3 tbsp olive oil
cilantro and parsley chopped (to taste)
