A quick and easy hibachi recipe with fresh shrimp and flavor-filled teriyaki rice. I served with my version of yum-yum sauce.

FOR THE SHRIMP
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1½ tablespoons soy sauce
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
FOR THE RICE
4 cups cooked rice, cold
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1½ tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2½ tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Green onions - for garnish
