1/3 cup water
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp cinnamon ground

Ice Cream Boats:
1 tbsp cinnamon ground
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 pkg Old El Paso Soft Tortilla Taco Boats
2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
2 tbsp granulated sugar
chocolate syrup for topping (optional)
