Puris or Pooris is an Indian Bread prepared out of either wheat flour or all purpose flour(maida) usually deep fried and served with any kind of gravy dishes. But today, I have attempted healthy version of these puris, without deep frying. Just baked them for 10 minutes .

3/4 Cups Whole wheat Flour + Extra for dusting
1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon oil + Extra for brushing
Water for kneading
