800gr lean minced beef
3 red onions
1 clove garlic
1 ½ teaspoons nutmeg
½ cinnamon stick

1 chicken bouillon cube or chicken broth
3 tablespoons tomato paste
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Bechamel:
2lt milk
16 full tablespoons flour
250gr butter
4 eggs
1 teaspoons nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Salt
Pepper
