1/4 tsp of all spice
A pinch of nutmeg
1/4 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tbsp of dry parsley
3 garlic cloves (minced)
3 potatoes (cut in small cubes)
2 carrots (sliced)
For the gravy:
4 tbsp of butter
4 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of tomato paste
4 cups of beef broth
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
