Serves: About 60 one inch pieces

1/2 cup (one stick) unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
21/2 Tbsp. espresso powder (I got mine from Williams-Sonoma)
