A quick and light dessert with the special flavour of Cretan thyme honey. It goes beautifully with vanilla or kaimaki ice-cream.

35.2 oz yellow pumpkin (cut into sticks 2cm thick)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cloves
0.8 cups all-purpose flour
some extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp thyme honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
5 tbsp icing sugar
