Pressure cook red lentils,. Heat oil and add ginger garlic paste, chopped onions and tomatoes fry them. Add all condiments and mix well. Heat ghee in another kadai, add cumin seeds and red chillies and add it to the above dal. season it with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve it with rice or roti

Onions - 2 Small
Tomatoes - 2 Small
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chillies - 1
