Soak gram, fenugreek seeds and rice for 4 hours.
Grind them to make smooth batter. Allow this to ferment for 8 to 10 hours. Add salt to it.
Heat dosa pan and pour ladle full of batter and spread it in circular motion.
Add oil to it. Cook till the bottom turns to light brown color. Flip and cook again. Serve it with coconut chutney and peanut chutney.

Rice - 2 cups
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
