Preparation time (with baking): 25-30min

For 3 portions you will need:
60g chocolate (70% cocoa)
60g full cream (at least 30% fat)
2 eggs (at room temperature)
1/2 tablespoon homemade vanilla sugar
pinch of salt

and additionally:
a bit of butter and sugar (to coat your baking forms)
icing sugar (for decoration)
