We really enjoy this cake. It is simple to prepare and so moist. It's a great everyday cake that you don't even need to frost and it stays delcious and moist for several days. Plus you don't need to heat up your kitchen on hot days (no oven).

2 cups white sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted coconut oil or vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
