Sweet and tangy Metaxa Meatballs that'll make the perfect snack food for your next party! Note: This recipe contains alcohol.

1 lb beef ground
2 cloves garlic finely minced
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs seasoned (I used Italian)
2 eggs lightly beaten
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika *
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Metaxa 5 or 7 star (I used 7)
3 tbsp brown sugar dark
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika *
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
