15 oz white corn (1 can) drained
1 cup water
1 pkg taco seasoning or 2 for a stronger taste
3 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Bisquick
3 cup cheddar cheese divided
1/2 cup tortilla chips crumbled (stale is okay)
