Ingredients

6-8 Waffle Cones
Cookies that are big enough to fully cover the open end of the cone (I used mini waffle cones, so creme sandwich cookies fit perfectly)
Orange Candy Melts OR white chocolate chips and orange Chocolate Dye (MUST be chocolate coloring, as regular food coloring doesn’t absorb well into chocolate)
Jelly Beans
Edible Grass
