Serve this hot or cold. It can be a salad dressing, taco dressing, or a pasta dressing. We’ve used it on our Gluten Free Gnocchi, and it was delicious (are we allowed to say that?!).

Ingredients

½ Bunch Cilantro
Liquid sweetener; we’ve used ½ teaspoon of honey
Chili flakes; only if you like spice
Salt to taste
4 Tablespoons sour cream or greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon lemon or lime juice
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2-3 Cloves fresh garlic
