Ingredients
1 pound of ground chicken
1 apple, finely grated with some of the moisture squeezed out
2 tablespoons of chopped spinach - if using frozen spinach squeeze the moisture out
1/2 teaspoon of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
1/2 cup of quick oats
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan
Dash of salt and pepper
1 cup of apple juice
1 tablespoon of corn starch
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
Preparation
