½ cup plain bread crumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (the kind that comes in the green plastic shaker)
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
¼ cup skim milk
1 lb 95% lean ground beef
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
8 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 bay leaf
