- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
