200g plain flour
125g unsalted butter (softened)
50g caster sugar
50g eggs (approx. 1 egg)
2g salt
½ lemon zest
1tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients (cream):
250ml whole milk
60g caster sugar
40g egg yolk (yolks from 2-3 eggs)
20g plain flour
20g corn flour
1 vanilla bean (or 1tsp vanilla seeds)
2 lychees (puree)
20ml liqueur de lychees (optional)

Decoration:
150g fresh strawberries
150g fresh blackberries
Icing sugar
