zest of 2 limes
14 ounces (395g) white chocolate, chopped into small pieces*
1 Tablespoon (15ml) fresh lime juice
2 Tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature and cut into 4 pieces
Topping:
20 ounces (565g) bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
optional: 4 ounces (113g) white chocolate, coarsely chopped
optional: a few green candy melts*
