For the crust:

For the cheesecake:
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
8 oz. semisweet chocolate
2 Tbsp whipping cream
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp instant espresso granules dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup Kahlua (or another coffee liquer)
2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Kahlua whipped cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp confectioners' sugar
2 Tbsp Kahlua (or another coffee liquer)
