Ingredients

#For the crust:

2 1/2 cups of plain flour
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Water as needed

#Spiced potato egg filling:

2 large potatoes - diced nicely
1 onion - diced
1 tsp ginger-garlic mix
2 large eggs - hard boiled and scrambled
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to season
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
