2 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
1 1/2-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
salt and pepper to taste For the Black Beans: (Optional, you can also just use plain black beans if desired)
1 can (approx. 15-ounces) unseasoned low sodium black beans
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
For the Bowls:
Honey lime chicken, sliced
Cilantro lime quinoa
