2 and 1/4 teaspoon ( 1 envelope) active dry yeast
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Large Egg
3 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour

PASTRY CREAM:
1 and 1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 Egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

CREAM FILLING:
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Pastry cream
