1 oz fresh mint (stems & leaves included)
3 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
6 eggs
2 cups unsweetened cocoa (I like natural, but Dutch will work just as well)
2/3 cup all purpose flour
