salt and black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup gruyere cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
3 strips of bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
