2 cups leftover Roasted Red Pepper, Yam, Carrot, Pear Soup "Chopped"
6 oz. cooked Chicken, Chopped
1 cup cooked Brown Rice, Barley or Quinoa
2 cups Chopped Kale, Arugula or Spinach
1/4 cup Chopped Roasted Pistachios. You could use Chopped Oven Roasted Almonds as well.
