2 Dumpling Squash, with the top Chopped off. You'll seed them after they're roasted

1/2 cup Corn. I used frozen, but you could use fresh or canned. Drain the canned, but no need to defrost the frozen
1 cup Leftover Turkey Gravy
6 oz. Leftover Turkey Meat, Chopped
1/2 cup Quinoa
2 cups Arugula, Chopped
1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
Kosher or Sea Salt to taste
