Yield: a 26cm springform pan

Cooking time: 1 h

For the short pastry:
150g flour
1 tbsp quark
90g butter
1 tsp backing powder
1 package vanilla sugar
1 egg
90g sugar
1 pinch of salt

For filling 1:
2 packages poppy seed baking mix
2 cans sour cream (“Schmand” in Germany, I would replace one with low fat quark next time)

For filling 2:

3 eggs, separated
1 package vanilla custard
2 tbsp milk
3 tbso sugar
