Bowl Ingredients:
8-10 oz. Seared Ahi Tuna
4 cups Chopped Hearts of Romaine
1 cup Brown Rice cooked and cooled. See Zing Factor: Sesame Crispy Brown Rice
1/2 Cup shelled Edemame
8 Medium sized Asparagus Spears, Microwave Steamed and Chopped
1 Avocado, Chopped
4 Green Onions, Chopped
12 Baby Carrots, Chopped
1/2 cup grated Daikon Radish. This is Japanese radish. If you can’t find this, sub the familiar red radish.
Zing Factor: Sesame Crispy Brown Rice
1 Cup Crispy Rice…Treat yourself and take the tiny bit of extra time…It’s so worth it!!
1 Half Sheet Nori (Roasted Seaweed), Chopped. Nori wraps the sushi roll. This ingredient is like cilantro, people either love it or hate it. Find it in the Asian Foods section.
Pickled Ginger: Again, look for it in the Asian Foods Section. Serve it on the side for a “Sushi Bar Experience”.
Dressing Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons light Mayo
2 Teaspoons Wasabi Paste or to taste. Careful, the heat can sneak up on you.
1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce or more to taste
