Ingredients

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes to roast the Green Beans. If you don’t have leftover Pasta, you’ll be cooking that while the Beans are roasting.
4 cups Chopped Kale
1 cup Roasted Green Beans Chopped
1 cup cooked "Any Shaped" Pasta, as I said, I found a Gluten Free Quinoa/Corn version
1 ripe Mango, Chopped
1/2 Avocado, Chopped
16 Grape Tomatoes, Chopped into quarters
16 Oven Roasted Almonds, Chopped
4 Green Olives, finely Chopped
3 Green Onions, Chopped
5 Fresh Basil Leave, finely Chopped
Chopped Style Dressing:
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1-2 Garlic Cloves, finely Chopped
1/2 teaspoon Molasses. I use Molasses because of the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. You could certainly us honey instead
2-3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Kosher or Sea Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
