2 large chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup plum sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce (I use reduced sodium soy sauce)
3 T ancho chile paste
2 tsp sriracha sauce
1 T cornstarch
6 cups steamed rice
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped chives (optional)
