1 pound Italian Mild sausage
1 large diced yellow onion
1/3 lb. pancetta or bacon, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 14.5 ounce cans chicken broth
1 quart water
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 medium russet potatoes sliced in half, and then in 1/4 inch slices
2 cups kale, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1Tbsp. Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
