1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons red food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda

Frosting:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
