6 slices of Smithfield's Garlic and herb pork loin fillet
2-3 Tbs flour
1 Tbs butter
6 Tbs oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Thyme (optional)
150 ml = 5 oz still water
1 medium onion
50 ml white wine (or water if you don't do alcohol)
200 ml sour cream
2 Tbs mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
