Ingredients

(Enough for a 20×20 cm baking pan: around 20 pieces)

Brownie:
150 g butter
2 dl sugar
2 dl cacao
2 eggs
1 dl flour
1 tbsp Baileys
a pinch of salt

Cherry gel:
200 g cherries (Plus some cherry to garnish the brownie pieces)
½ – 1 dl jelly sugar (It depends how much liquid You will obtain boiling the cherries. For more info look at the procedure section)

Cherry chocolate ganache:
150 g dark chocolate
1 dl cream
½ dl milk
3 tbsp golden syrup
Some liquid cherry essence
