1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups all purpose flour
12 oz (1 bag) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups old fashioned oats
